STEP ONE: Fill Out a Project Request Form

Please provide as much information as possible, so we can prepare an accurate quote and ensure that we are prepared to meet your needs.  If you prefer to discuss your project over the phone, please feel free to call us anytime. Want to avoid playing phone tag? here to schedule a call.


STEP TWO: Review & Accept Your Project Estimate

Once we receive your project info, we will prepare an estimate of the costs involved. After you've had a chance to review your estimate, you are welcome to contact us with any questions, modification requests or to discuss any specific logistics and creative direction of your project. When you are ready to move forward with booking, simply return to your estimate, type your name and click "Accept". Accepting your project estimate is not a formal agreement and does not confirm your booking. If you will not be signing the service agreement personally, we will need you to provide the name, phone number, email address and job title of the individual who will be signing the agreement.


STEP THREE: Submit Your Reservation Fee & Service Agreement

Once you accept your project estimate, we will deliver a service agreement and an invoice for you via email. You may contact us anytime with questions about these booking documents. In order to lock-in your rates and confirm availability, we must receive both, your service agreement and reservation fee. Once we have received your payment and your signature, your project is BOOKED!


STEP FOUR: Finalize Details and Get to Work!

Now, we're ready for the fun part! Moving forward, we'll collect any necessary info, plan out project logistics and move forward to work with you or your team to create amazing images of your products, your staff, your event guests or whatever else it may be that you'd like us to capture!




Any rates or scheduling availability provided, whether in writing or over the phone are not confirmed or guaranteed until both your signed service agreement and your reservation fee have been received. 

Your reservation fee is required to reserve the time necessary to provide service and will be applied to your final invoice. Reservation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions. Click here for more information about reservation fees.



ACH PAYMENTS: We accept ACH payments (eChecks) via our online payment processing system using your business or personal checking account. 

CHECKS: Checks may be dropped off or mailed directly to our studio. Checks must be made payable to "Sidwell Studios, LLC" and delivered to 1115 N. Broadway #102 Denver, Colorado 80203. 

CREDIT CARDS: Credit card payments are only accepted for projects utilizing our priority booking service. Click here for more information about priority booking.
