IMPORTANT INFO FOR STUDIO APPOINTMENTS
DAY OF SHOOT: If you cannot find the studio, are running late, or need to contact us the day of your shoot for any reason, please text or call 720-272-0272, as we cannot guarantee timely email response on shoot days.
LOCATION: If using navigation apps to find our location, you MUST be sure to input the address as “1115 NORTH Broadway”. Failure to do so can lead you to South Broadway, on the other side of town. Please use the following address… 1115 N Broadway. Denver, Colorado 80203. Some navigation services will show our address as being at "The Metlo", please note that we are not located in "The Metlo" building, we are directly next door to it.
PARKING: Metered street parking is often available on Broadway, in front of the studio or surrounding streets. If street parking is unavailable, there is a pay-lot behind the building at Bannock and 12th. Parking in The Metlo's parking lot may result in your vehicle being towed.
BUILDING ACCESS: Once you arrive, please enter through the main entrance on Broadway. Do not use the callbox outside, simply enter the building and knock on our door: Sidwell Studios #102, the first door on the left. If your appointment is outside of normal business hours, the main entrance will be locked, please call 720-272-0272 to access the building.
POLICIES: Our studio is located in a pet-free building, no animals are allowed under any circumstances per our lease agreement. If you require the use of a service animal, please notify us prior to booking. There is no smoking of any kind allowed in the building. If you will be bringing children under the age of 10 years old, we must be notified in advance. No more than five people are allowed in the studio at any one time. If you are participating in a group headshot session or other shoot involving multiple people, please be sure to adhere to the agreed upon schedule or call us immediately if adjustments need to be made.
